Confidentiality
Client information is kept strictly confidential. Your therapist respects your confidentiality and will not share outside parties unless you sign paperwork agreeing otherwise.

Pressure
It is imperative that the client always let massage therapists know if they feel there needs to be a change in pressure. Especially if less pressure is required. While the therapist will check in with the client, it is the client's responsibility to let the therapist know if it needs to change at any time.

Cancellation Policy
To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour advance notice for cancelled appointments. A charge of half the session will be expected if given after the 24 hours. However, special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This charge must be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.

Forms of Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at time of service. There is a service fee of $25 for any returned checks. Tips are graciously accepted but not necessary. We do not accept American Express.

Insurance Claims: Upon request, you will be given a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.

Professionalism
It is our intention to maintain a professional environment at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a session in the event of a client’s inappropriate behavior, and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. Modesty of our clients is always protected. If you are uncomfortable at any time, please let the therapist know. Your comfort, relaxation and safety are our primary concerns.
